Fred Wooster devoted much time and work behind the scenes organizing clubs and developing players in the Victoria, British Columbia, area.
He also held executive positions with the British Columbia Lacrosse Association including president.
Among his many recognitions over the years are: Art Daoust Award as the B.C.L.A.'s Executive of the Year in 197'; the Tom Gordon Award as B.C.'s "Mr. Lacrosse" in 197'; and the Norm Kowalyk Trophy as the Western Lacrosse Association's "Executive of the Year" in 198'.
