1965 Bill Wilkes 40

Bill Wilkes, born in Burk's Falls, Ontario, started his senior career with the Orillia Terriers.

He moved West in 19'6 and played with the famed New Westminster, British Columbia, Salmonbellies for ten years. A tough checker, he still managed to score 447 goals and '96 assists during his western career and an additional 110 and 48 assists in the East.

A member of four Mann Cup teams, he won the Mike Kelley series MVP medal in 194', and the Maitland Trophy for Sportsmanship, outstanding play, and contributing to lacrosse in 19'7 and 194'.
