played fifteen seasons with the Vancouver, British Columbia, Burrards and was with that powerful entry when it went to the Mann Cup finals six times in the late 1950's and 60's.
His team won the title four times, and he was chosen Maitland Trophy winner in 1965. Four times he was named as a league all-star. He also collected 891 points, including twenty-seven hat tricks in his senior career.
He also coached the New Westminster Salmonbellies for one year, and coached minor teams for a decade.
