Clyde Gordon started his career with Elora in 1911. After a two year stint, he turned professional in 1913 with Toronto Rosedales. The war interrupted his lacrosse temporarily but his playing resumed with Orangeville from 1918 to 1922. He transferred to Hamilton in 1923 and culminated his career with a Mann Cup win in 1933. Clyde was a smooth stickhandling goal scorer who played to win. He stayed with the game as a coach and executive member when his playing days were over. |
