1986 Ivan Thompson 383Ivan Thompson, a native of Huntsville, Ontario, was named the Ontario Lacrosse Association junior "A" most valuable player in 1969.

He moved to Victoria, British Columbia, in 1971 and, with the exception of one Pro season with Boston in 1975, played out his career with the Shamrocks. A six time all-star, Ivan was also the Western Lacrosse Association MVP in 1975 and the Mann Cup Mike Kelly MVP in 1979.

His career statistics reveal 494 goals and 615 assists for 1,109 points in '88 games.
