1998 Fred Aspin 455Fred Aspin of Richmond, British Columbia; a long-time organizer and administrator in B.C. lacrosse circles, Aspin has twice been awarded the honour of "Mr. Lacrosse" (198' and 1985) and B.C.¹s top administrator (Daoust Award 1989).

A junior league scoring champ in 195', he led the Vancouver Kerries to the Minto Cup finals and later played three seasons with the senior Vancouver team, accumulating 1'9 points. Aspin then helped organize the Richmond Lacrosse Association.

Later, he held numerous executive positions with the Junior "A" league, the Vancouver Burrards, and the British Columbia Lacrosse Association.
