2003 Jim Wasson 176 Jim Wasson, of Peterborough, Ont., enters the Hall of Fame with his brother and longtime teammate Bob Wasson.

Jim played in 526 senior games between 1971 and 1996, the majority of them with Peterborough with short stopovers in Philadelphia, Nanaimo and Brooklin. He accumulated 1,431 points during his long career on 619 goals and 812 assists. A high point for Jim came in 1979 when he scored 11 goals and 17 assists in a single game.

The elder Wasson took part in eight Mann Cup series, winning four championship rings and the 1982 Mike Kelly Trophy (series MVP). He also earned a Minto Cup ring for the Junior Peterborough 1972 victory.

Like his brother, he played with the Canadian National field team in 1978 and 1986.
