of Inglewood, Ontario, took part in 382 senior games over 12 years between 1960 and 1971, ten with Brampton of the Ontario Lacrosse Association and two with Detroit and Kitchener of the National Lacrosse Association. He captured MVP honours in Junior lacrosse (1959) and senior lacrosse (1967) and was named the top defensive player four times. Bruce played in four Minto Cup playdowns, winning three times, and in three Mann Cup finals as a "pickup" player. He accumulated 159 goals and 295 assists for 454 points in league and playoff competition.
